Hiya Eater,
Have some gorgeous sirloins, about an inch and a half thick sitting in my fridge, ready for the grill tonight. I know for most, anything other than salt, pepper and a brush of olive oil before the grill is sacrilege, but I wonder if you have any other quick marinades or add ons.
Right now the plan is s&p and olive oil, served with horseradish and maybe some bleu cheese--but I'm open to any suggestions that don't include A-1 steak sauce.
