Eating along I-87 -- Adirondacks

Hello Serious Eaters,
I would like to make a stop for lunch at a place not too far from I-87N on our way to Montreal on Tuesday. Somewhere between Lake George and Schroon Lake, perhaps (I don't know the region at all!) Any suggestions?
