Nduja ideas?
Picked up some the other night from Murray's in Grand Central. It's phenomenal! Spreadable hot salami.
Great over bread, but wondering if there is another use for it.

mmmm!
If I could ever get my hands on some I'd eat it on fresh bread too.
I suppose you could try making scambled eggs/breakfast wrap?
A black bean dip?
Any chorizo uses maybe?
Good luck!

I've used it to finish pasta sauces.
Also, it's available mail order from Boccolone and in Portland they sell it at Foster and Dobbs.

Tuck into a muffaletta, add to scrambled eggs, dab on home made pizzas, toss with hot pasta and complimentary vegetables (peppers, onions, tomato, etc.), add to a cold pata salad, mix into a rice casserole, stir some into stew with a dash of red wine.

yum I want that stuff. What about instead of sauce on a pizza. Would that be too much?
