Momofuku Milk Bar Ice Cream Cake
I'm not saying this exists yet. But it's bound to happen. The ice cream cake is bound for a fancy reimaginin' and Tosi is doubtlessly the person for the job. She's got the ice cream genius, the toppings genius, the twisted cake genius. It'd be great.

They just took it off of the Milk Bar menu after it got slimmed down. It was never there to begin with, strangely enough. I was very excited for it, but haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.
