Molecular Gastronomy
So I have one semester left until graduation with a BA in Food Science and Management. I was thinking about taking a course abroad or somewhere about molecular gastronomy. I did some research and found this place http://www.lemanoir-culinaryart.com/home_uk.php . It seems like a fun place. It doesn't have much to do with molecular gastronomy but I am interested in learning more about pastry. Anybody have any suggestions or comment?

You want to take a course in molecular gastronomy, but you are investigating a study abroad in pastry?

I was looking for a molecular gastronomy course but I couldn't really find any but I stumbled across Le Manoir and I think it'll be interesting to study abroad for Pastry because I have an interest in that also. So either Molecular Gastronomy or Pastry Arts sounds good.

Where are you going to college? Just curious - I once studied Food Science too! But for your search, try here... http://www.foodvacation.com/instituteofgastronomy/

I attend Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA. The website looks a bit imtimidating, let me scavage around.

The French Culinary Institute in NYC (where I am currently studying pastry) has a brief molecular gastronomy course. This is the school that turned out Wylie Dufresne so it can't be a bad class!
