My dear friend is in the middle of a diet that prohibits gluten, soy, sugar, meat, dairy and nightshades. She and her husband are coming over for dinner Friday night. What do I make her? I'm used to making meals that involve most of those things -- certainly meat, gluten, and dairy! She will have gradually added dairy and nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant) in by Friday, but I would like to limit those. Any suggestions?
