Mascarpone
I bought some mascarpone to use with grilled peaches, but we wound up just eating them sans grilling...Now I have a big ol' tub of mascarpone with not a clue of what to do with it. Any ideas? I'm open to savory ideas as well, please!

Serve the mascarpone alongside port-poached prunes. Delectable.

Make tiramisu, or spread on crostini, topped with proscuitto and fig jam.
Drizzle with honey and berries for dessert.
Toss with hot pasta (add whatever seasonings and additions you like- garlic, tomato, mushrooms, sage, whatever you like)

Spread on crostini, top with basil and tomatoes. Or drizzle with pesto.
Put a dab on your french toast.
Make a sweet or savory cheese cake.

Check out Giada's books - she uses it on everything!

Stir some into polenta or risotto.
Cassata or on pound cake, drizzled with berrry sauce and or chocolate.
