Guru Bourdain's Uzbekistan?

So, I've been planning a trip to Central Asia for a really long time and in order to complete my due diligence I thought I should see Guru Bourdain's No Reservations: Uzbekistan episode (here's a taste: http://www.travelchannel.com/Video_%26_Photos/Video_Detail?videoRef=TITLE648). From what I can tell this episode was never released to DVD.

So my question: Does anyone know where I can catch the rest of it?
