Gourmet Marshmallows...what to do?

Hi, all!

I received a gift of 3 gourmet marshmallows: caramel, chocolate and lemon flavored. Other than eating them on their own, adding them to hot chocolate (in this weather??), what can I do with them?

Ideally looking for something I can make and either share with others or freeze for the future.
