I'd have to say gazpacho - with tomatoes from the garden. I didn't think about this answer too much - it was really the first thing that popped to mind.

The chorizo chipotle burger that my husband made -- chorizo-chuck burger, pepper jack, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos with chipotle dressing -- was amazing.
Mmm, fried okra sounds good.

Potentially the shrimp and asparagus risotto I made the other night for my new love interest :) Or the sesame encrusted Ahi tuna I had on our first date. Most of my best meals are ones I shared with someone I love...or did love. :)

Probably the roquefort honey ice cream I made today (David Lebovitz's recipe). Amazing roquefort, and honey, milk, and cream fresh from the farmer's market...divine.

Chocolate ice cream that I made from a recipe in A Perfect Scoop. Used really good chocolate and added a teaspoon of espresso powder. It ended up being a little too thick for my ice cream maker to churn for very long, so it's not as "fluffy" as some ice creams. Dense, dark, creamy...this is without any doubt the best chocolate ice cream I have ever eaten. Ever.

Corn succotash made with lime juice, salt, cilantro, red onions, red peppers, jalapenos, edame, and black beans, so refreshing.

I see gazpacho has already been taken so...
Salad caprese...best quality tomatoes, mozzarella (or my favorite, ricotta salata), basil, a drizzle of Spanish olive oil, a dash of red wine or sherry vinegar, salt and pepper.
Sweet corn.

fresh sliced tomatoes with a light drizzle of very old very expensive balsamic. It was perfect! The balsamic was a gift from a friend that just came back from Italy, and it was obsenely delicious.

Pasta with garlic scapes and swiss chard from our CSA. It was to die for delicious.

Gazpacho. I got hooked on it while living in Spain for the first time and always associate it with my senora who made the best! Mine isn't nearly as good as hers, but it's a good replica and does the body right!

Some fried clams from a little seasonal roadside place. Amazing.

Pimm's. It is so a dish - they're chunks of fruit in it.

Honestly, it was a sandwich made with still warm homegrown tomatoes, salt and pepper, on WonderBread with mayonnaise. Eaten standing over the kitchen sink. Trashy but delicious!

Every summer, for as long as I can remember, my sister and I have what we call "tomato nights" where each of us makes a dish, the main component of which is tomatoes (obvi.) We then proceed to wear trash bag bibs and watch lots and lots of bad TV, and eat. A lot. It's fantastic. I could live for good tomato salad every day of my life.
