Vegan and Carnivores eating together

Help! I need a restaurant in Chicago for a mixed crowd. In a pinch the carnivores could do vegetarian (but I'm going to hear about it!).
The vegan crowd is much nicer--so I need a place with good salads and...
Any suggestions?

For my 15yrs class reunion in Chicago, my carnivore friends suggested we go to The Green Zebra... I never got to visit, but the menu sounds delicious and has many vegan options.

@Madelyn-- Thank you!!!!

Just bring along a bale of hay to whatever restaurtant you like. Then the vegans will have somewhere to sit and something to eat!

Mass hysteria?

@joeqboo - I literally laughed out loud.

I go thru this often when we get together as a family...grandma is not a strict vegan but a vegetarian and grandpa, yours truly, is still anything goes. No matter where we all dine out on special occasions or just for a casual get together with our kids there is never a problem. Most menus of just about any ethnic persuasion offer dishes for both the vegan and carnivore, though we will always make an extra effort to accommodate grandma...
