....what CAN'T you cook with Sriracha??
I eat/use it on/in everything that one might use ketchup with, mix it into sauces for stir-fry...it's the best!

I heard some Top Chef contestants loved it so much, they even put it on top of ice cream... go figure.

Check out this thread, I'm sure you will get lots of ideas.

i mix it in when i'm making hummus, and now my co-workers roommate hassles me every time he sees me to make some more for her to bring home.
i add it to sauteed green beans, stir fries, on pizza -- it's incredibly versatile -- anything you can add chiles and garlic to!

I eat it with plain, steel cut oatmeal and a fried egg every morning. It's delicious!
I'm also one of those people who put it on absolutely everything. It's especially good on pizza or in a marinara sauce. Here's an actual recipe that uses it: Apricot & Sriracha Glazed Pork Cutlets.

What Foodsearching said, I put Sriracha in almost everything.

It also provides great complex heat in a bbq sauce.

@BananaMonkey-
I agree. Here's my recipe for basic BBQ sauce:
2 cups Hunt’s ketchup
3 tbsp. Sriracha
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened.

I am addicted to Siracha. I put it on/in everything: stirfry, eggs, mac and cheese, rice, pasta, pizza, veggie burgers, ketchup, tuna salad, I could go on and on. I keep a stash at work and always have some at home.
