zuke dinner ideas?
i'm broke for a few more days, so i'm limited to eating some lovely zucchini that a coworker brought in. i aso have eggs on hand, olive oil, & seasonings. that's it (i know, i'm like mother hubbard with her bare cupboard)....any ideas on a satisfying meal i can make out of that?
