US/UK Conversion Site?

Does anyone know of a good site for US to UK conversion info for baking recipes? I don't mean so much weights and measures (although it would be helpful to have a definitive resources) but also names of baking ingredients e.g. 'all purpose flour' - is that just plain flour? and equivalents/substitutions for all the different sugars. I can mostly work it out but would like to know for sure.
