Seafood Cannelloni

I am making seafood cannelloni for a friend and was hoping someone had an awesome recipe. I was thinking of doing a tomato base topped with a bechamel - but what about the filling? Would a seafood cannelloni be good with a tomato base? Any tips/recipes would be greatly appreciated.
