I am looking to grill up some halibut this weekend. Last time we did it in a lemon caper marinade then straight on to the grate to cook. It was good but a little dry. Any one have recommendatoins on grilling fish, specifically halibut as that is what we ordered? Note it is a charcoal grill. Thanks SE!!
