I love bok choy and would like it to be a regular part of my meal plans. I have always purchased it at Whole Foods but this year the selection has been horrible. I would pull one out and the leaves are all limp and looks like a bug has been chomping on it. I wrote a complaint about this but they still look horrible.
Is there a good/bad time to buy bok choy? are there better selections in Chinatown?
