Moderately priced NYC restaurant for dinner

I'm looking for a good place to have a dinner with 10-12 friends. We're looking to spend no more than $20-25 per entree. Any type of cuisine is welcome, but my initial thought was Otto. I think they don't take reservations under 12 for more than a month in advance. Any suggestions?

I recently went to otto for a birthday party and I think with a few bottles of wine and a ton of food it came to $40/person. My favorite place is Yerba Buena. It is at 2nd and A. They have various small plates as well as entrees and the prices are fairly reasonable.

It's Restaurant Week in NYC until July 31st - over 100 of the top are doing $24.07 per person prix fixe (sans tax or tip) full dinners. I'll continue to take advantage of this a few times in next two weeks, including Tabla on Sunday:

I look forward to Restaurant Week all year - I've had some wonderful meals at restaurants that would normally be way out of my range.

It's Restaurant Week in NYC till July 31st - one of my favorite times of the year. Over 100 of the city's top eateries, including some of the most exclusive and expensive, are offering $24.07 prix fixe three course dinners and lunches (sans drinks, tax and tip):

I look forward to Restaurant Week all year, and I make sure to take advantage of it as much as I can. I'll be seriously eating at Tabla on Sunday, and The Gotham Bar and Grill during the week. I already hit Molyvos.

L'ecole! L'ecole! L'ecole! at the French culinary institute. If that's your price range for entrees...i'm assuming you're not talking about drinks, desserts and apps.... so for 40 prix fix you can get a 4 or 5 course meal....fantastic food and service!!!
