I would use it. Not raw, though. Definitely baked.

definitely use it as long as it's been refrigerated the whole time.

If it has not changed colour, dried out, or grown fur, it should be OK to use.

Bake it off now and enjoy the cookies.

NEX TIME, make a tube of the dough, wrap in plastic, then in parchment, and freeze. Write the directions for baking the dough and what kind of dough it is on the parchment. When you go to bake off the frozen dough, let it thaw till maleable but it's not necessary that the dough be room temperature. Slightly chilled is preferred. Form your cookies and bake.

Why do I know this? Because there are bags of molasses cookies, oatmeal craisin, chocolate chip and other cookie dough living in my freezer and boy, do they come in handy!!

Throw it out...would you eat an egg you cracked into a bowl and stored for a week, I hope not. No cookie is worth a case of food poisoning.

As long as it's cold, use it OR roll into 1"+ balls, freeze on a cookie sheet and throw into a container. You can bake frozen at a later date.

It's still fine! Bake it up soon though!

Are you kidding???? Bake it or better yet, being a lover of raw cookie dough, just eat it!

OMG, eat it, cook it. 7 Days is fine, according to standard food safety rules for the home cook. Less time for restaurants.
