Chiles in London
I'm trying to cook a big old bucket of Carnitas for a Venezuelan friend living in London. Does anyone know where I can find a good selection of Dried Chiles?? I'm looking for (specifically) Guajillos, Anchos, and Chipotles.

Several years ago I had no problem locating anchos and chipotles at a larger Sainsburys (O2 Centre). There's also the Spice Shop on Notting Hill, which might carry guajillos (they have them on their website):

The Cool Chile Company attached to TaquerÃa (also near Notting hill) has a decent selection of dried chiles including all the ones you mentioned. They also have pretty good fresh tortillas.

Casa Mexico in Winkley St, E2 has all three chiles.
They stock maseca brand masa harina for any ex-pats with a craving.
Everything on their website is in the shop. It's a nice place for a browse.
