Chiff's "Everyday Food Magazine" Recipe

@therealchiffonade - Just returned from 16 glorious days in South Carolina. I looked for your magazine in stores in Cinncinatti, Asheville and Charleston - every time I saw a magazine rack I tried to find it, but no luck - perhaps they pull the monthly issues early. Sorry I was looking forward to seeing it and telling my sister that I "knew' the author - well, you know what I mean!

@bareneed - check your FB...

@TRC: I think I remember you mentioning this on FB. My sub to EDF ran out. Which issue was it in?!

July/August (#64) issue.

Oh crap! It should be displayed through August because it's a double issue! Borders and Barnes & Noble should have it if you really want the actual magazine but about halfway through July, the recipe was included on Martha Stewart's website. (And yes, they gave me credit...LOL.) Let me know if you try the recipe.

PS - it's a small format magazine and they are sometimes kept up at the checkout. That's how supermarkets carried Everyday Food - not with the regular sized magazines. And I appreciate your scouring the states in search of it!

Congratulations chiff!

Chiff - I got your message and now have access to the recipe from your link. Will try it next week at the cottage - I was looking for a "regular sized magazine" so that is why I probably couldn't find it. Thanks.

Chiff, that looks delicious. I'm gonna make some!
