Hi guys. I'm going camping with my dog and my van around vancouver island and the gulf islands for 2 months. I will have a small bbq, coleman stove, and a cooler. AND, a limited budget (the more I save the longer I can go).

So, any suggestions? What are you're favorite camping meals.

Oh, and I'm going to fish too - wish me luck on the gutting part - eeekkk.
