Who ordered the puffy snack?
I hope I don't get in trouble for this but my curiosity is all-consuming. Someone asked for the name/substance used in a puffy snack, similar to cheetos but ginormous.
Is this the snack?
If so, here's the label.
I posted this to the original topic but no one answered and I buckled. BTW, they were YUMMY and we got them at a Brazilian Bakery. The very nice kid behind the counter said they were baked not fried - so we chomped on them nearly guilt-free.

Looks like it would be tapioca of some sort, possibly flour.

You'd be surprised. There's cheese in it and they have a good crunch to them. Honest to God, they're like Cheetos in the mouth!
