I tried a tasty Duck Ramen tonight in Williamsburg at Sui Ren. Wondered what other types of ramen are popular?
I know Ippudo's tonkotsu is great.
Ramen Setegaya has a fun dipping ramen.
Sapporo has mabo ramen.
Some places have Hiyashi Chuka (cold ramen served during summer)
Any other interesting ramen out there?
