Sorry, not a mail order food suggestion...
I wonder if their town has a food delivery service that offers gift certificates.
http://www.foodfetchers2u.com/cleveland.html (for example)
That way, they can get almost whatever they want from one or several locations.

zingermans or dean and deluca (online) might have some interesting baskets.

Do you want to get them food that is already prepared, they just need to heat up or to get them something that they would have to prepare themselves? I get stuff from Omaha Steaks all the time and they do have prepared thing and things you actually make yourself. There is another place called Daddy's BBQ i think it is in Alabama that will send a whole BBQ dinner over night, you just have to heat it up.

Why dont you call around to restaurants in the area or something? Let your in-laws know so you can agree on a date/time for delivery.

I'll second the suggesting of getting something from a local restaurant. Get them gift certs from local places they like, and that will deliver or are convenient for carry-out. That way, they can have what they want, when they want it.
The problems with some of the other mail-delivery options is that if the food arrives thawed, you need to make plans to heat-and-eat it pretty quickly, which can end up being really inconvenient if they have other things planned at the same time.
Even if the stuff arrives frozen (which in my experience is hit-and-miss) it still can be inconvenient if they don't have the freezer space for whatever it is.
Neighbors and nearby friends might also be planning on bringing them food, so they might not need more stuff right away. Something close by that they can order whenever they need it might be more practical.
