Wanted: Your ideas for a potluck church picnic this Sunday

Hi Serious Eaters! I'm hoping to pick your collective foodie brains a bit! My church is having their annual picnic this weekend and I am struggling too decide what to make.

A few details for you: Our congregation is small, with guests I usually plan for about 35-40. I have no idea what anyone else is bringing except for one woman who is bringing a ham. We will be eating outside and Sunday's high will be about 90 degrees. I LOVE to bake, and I am planning some cute little cupcakes. Any other brilliant ideas are welcome!
