Eggs on sale this week. Kinda fussy - what to do with 3 doz?

Ok, so 1 doz. lg eggs were on sale for $1, bought 3 doz. Don't like unmixed eggs (hardboiled whites ok, yolks, yuck!). Quiche or omelette filling ideas?
