Chicken Cordon Bleu

It's my hubbys fav. And I make it often, normally with swiss & procsciutto breaded with breadcrumbs, fresh parm, fresh thyme and s&p.

Thought I could try something a bit different, anyone have an awesome recipe?

What do you think about the addition of a sauce? What kind?
