i like to think im a pretty good cook, but ive been a vegetarian for my entire teen and adult life, so forgive my ignorance on this once...
my husband eats meat, but i do most of the cooking. he eats a lot of chicken - usually i prepare a sauce or marinade and the side dishes, and he deals with the chicken. he often forgets to defrost chicken and when i go to make dinner, he's left with frozen chicken.
whats the best way to defrost chicken quickly and safely for cooking??
