Back from Italy- need salumi stat!

Hi Serious Eaters.

I just spent a month an Italy and am now totally addicted to pork. My question is, where can you go in NYC (or online) to get authentic Italian salumi? Or good ham for that matter? I am willing to leave Manhattan.
