Freezing Advice: Fish/Meat
I buy most of my fish and meats from the fresh markets in town. I usually go about once a week. It's not always easy and practical for me to consume fish/meats fresh, so I want to start freezing more. What are the best ways to freeze and store fresh fish and meats. If it's consumed within a week or two, will there be any freezer burn? How should I go about wrapping it for storage?
