Does this sort of thermometer exist?
You know how there are digital probe thermometers that will beep when they get up to a certain temp? Is there a thermometer like that where it will beep when the temp gets DOWN to a certain point? All the ones I've seen are assuming that you're heating something and you need warning before you overcook. But now I'm making things that need to cool down to a certain temp before the next step and it would be nice if I could just insert a thermometer and wait for the beep. I've looked online but there are bazillions of thermometer that come up. If this thing exists there's probably a name for it that I'm not aware of. Any ideas?
