Best meat cuts to grind up for meatloaf?
For Father's Day, I would like to make a meatloaf with beef, pork and veal ground in the Kitchenaid. What cuts should I buy?

beef chuck, pork shoulder, veal loin- you need the flavorful cuts with a little fat so your meatloaf tastes great!

I grind up a couple of boneless pork chops for the pork part.

juliette527 is correct, don't buy cuts that are too lean or you'll end up with a dry, meat flavored piece of cardboard.

Thanks a million, I am off to the supermarket. I will follow your directions carefully, because I have been known to make shoe leather out of ground meat.
