Anybody have a good Mofongo recipe?
I was just watching a re-run of the episode of "No Reservations" where Bourdain goes to Puerto Rico. Once again, I was salivating at the images of that Mofongo with shrimp...
Do any Serious Eaters out there have a good Mofongo recipe? Any help is most appreciated!
