In celebration of National "eat what you want" day, (lol) ladies and gentlemen of SE, I present to you Carrot Cake Pie. I found it on yet another blog site. Did this person really innovate here or has anyone heard of this carrot cake pie before?
Oh and if you try this recipe out...let me know how it tastes. I love carrot cake and I love pie!
