Moving to Boston: What's in Store?

I'm leaving Minneapolis and heading to Boston for grad school in the fall. I am BEYOND excited and spend my days at work looking up all things Boston (don't tell my boss...)
Any restuarant/bar/blog suggestions for me to check out before I go? I'm looking for great food and good places to meet people. Help me out, eaters!
