Korean tapioca bread recipe?
My mom loves this Korean bun that is crispy on the outside and airy and chewy on the inside, and is speckled with black sesame seeds. Does anyone know where I can get the recipe for this? She buys it at an Asian supermarket but they sell out really quickly and we don't always get there early enough in the morning. I thought I might be able to make it for her, especially as Mother's Day is coming up, but I can't seem to find a recipe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

This sounds very familiar to a brazilian bun called pão">http://www.travelerslunchbox.com/journal/2007/2/4/list-making-for-dummies.html">pão de queijo. Maybe you could use that as a starting point?

if your talking about http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_uzOUOCizues/SN86Uy-3vUI/AAAAAAAAQes/zCoVtd6xwwc/s400/korean+Mochi+Bread+2.jpg then you can buy the mix in some korean markets. i got mines in Lotte Assi Plaza Korean Market. i'm not sure if there is one where you live but you should try checking out the flour section of the korean market. it comes in a box with two packages and all you have to do is add water. its cheaper that way then actually buying the ingredience to make it. hope it helps
