don't know the lingo - jump to line break when clicking on link?
I know it may seem petty, but as I am surfing with one hand on my laptop with a fistful of food in the other, it drives me nuts that when I click to read the rest of the article, it doesn't automatically go to where it picks up. Or leaves off. Or do you know what I mean? I HATE having to scroll down and look for what I haven't read. So lazy of me, but.... please?

You know, that's always irritated me too, I just haven't said anything about it.

That's the kind of thing that probably bugs a lot of us, but not enough to think to post on it. I'm glad you mentioned it. Maybe they can fix it.

Yes. I've gotten complaints about this in person as well. We'll be setting some time aside next week to jump the stories right to the unread portion.

Another thing you can do is set up an RSS feed in your browser so you don't have to click the jump link. It brings the full article up on one page.

thank you thank you thank you! My pettiness has been unduly rewarded. You have saved my laptop keys from many crumbs and crusty mayo as I no longer have to scroll awkwardly to find my place!
