Best recipe for Vietnamese Shaking Beef?
Anyone know a great recipe for Vietnamese shaking beef that's fairly easy to do yet tastes authentic?

so I'm a little late - but @jdmcdonald you know what's shaking! (sorry I couldn't resist the pun). The recipe from the slanted door was absolutely amazing (I tried the one from wandering chopsticks and also into the vietnamese kitchen)
