Wedding Lunch Menu Suggestions!
My boyfriend's sister is getting married on Saturday and I am making a light lunch for her and her bridesmaids several hours before the ceremony starts. I want it to be a simple easy to prepare menu but I don't want it to be boring. So far I have two different kinds of tea sandwiches, one with turkey and arugula on a croissant and the other, tomato, fresh mozzarella and pesto on baguette. I'm doing two simple dips, guacamole ( its in arizona..so the avacados are great) and an herb goat cheese dip. I'm going to also serve the classic grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and fresh strawberries for dessert. I want one other different item... any suggestions??
