The Green Sauce at Sophie's - What is it?

Does anyone here know what's in the green sauce at Sophie's? The stuff is amazing, but I am stumped. I want to bathe in it. I want every single thing I eat to swim in it. They are not forthcoming when asked. I was thinking it was aji sauce, because the owners are actually Peruvian, but I don't taste the lettuce.

Any idea? I want to be able to make it so I always have it on hand. Please?

Could it be a tomatillo sauce? More Mexican, I know, but I've often wanted to bathe in it.

I don't think so. There's no taste of tomatillo. It's really spicy, but not too, so you can slather your food in it without crying, but still get a super strong kick.

Chisai,
It's a shame we live in a an age where you can't speak positively about something without being called a shill! If I have something negative to say then you want to hear about it! I hope you find something you like and want to share some day! Fooey on you Chisai!

@chefbella-

If this was regarding the iPhone cooking app, I stand by what I said. You hadn't a single post on the boards, and opened by presenting the marvelous wonderousness of the app, written like a flyer. SE even took it off the boards. As I type this, this is now the only post you have that shows in your history.

I often speak of stuff I love, specific name brand foods, appliances (my Sanyo rice cooker rocks), etc., but I have history here. I've said this before and I'll say it again, if @perky or @jerzee or @chiff or any number of people who actually post on this board have recommendations, I pay full attention to them. When I see a post flogging a product and I don't recognize the name, the first thing I do is check their profile. I do not think I am alone in this.
