Hi. i was just wondering if anyone could help me with this dilemma. ive been eating organically for a while and recently i had to stop eating glutens and 50% of my diet has to be fruits and veggies, FRESH. now, i know tahini is wicked good for you.
but the problem is i know there are certain foods they say not to mix together because of digestion times and etc.
my question is, what foods is it alright to eat with tahini? some people say apples, but i have read extensive information on NOT mixing fruits with other foods, and on top of that eat only one fruit at a time and wait 10 to 20 min before you eat a different fruit.
can anyone help me?!?!
