When Will Red Hook Ball Fields Open?

When do the Red Hook ball fields vendors start to operate?

Also, I read in the NYT that the same vendors, or at least some of them, will also be at the Brooklyn Flea market and at DUMBO over the weekend and wondered how they can do this AND be at the ball fields at the same time.
