I am doing a breakfast for 80 people following a church service on Easter morning. I'd like to do the traditional egg bake casserole can I double or triple the recipe and do it in a electric roaster to save room in my oven to bake cinnamon rolls? Do you have any other suggestions? I've never done this before and am a little afraid to try it out on 80 people at 9:00 AM :)
My menu if I can figure out the logistics is Egg bake casserole, cinnamon rolls, fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, tea and milk. But I'll take any suggestions.
