Specialty stores that only deal with one type of food item?

I'm searching around for different specialty stores that only sell one type of item, but all kinds of different brands...I'm trying to keep it on the more unique side (no chocolate or coffee).
I've found hot sauce, mustard, gourmet salts and mushrooms so far, but does any one know of anything else?
