Hi...
I'm looking for your favorite gin-based cocktails. I'm having a serious love affair with a certain bar here in DC -- the kind of place that only really mixes classic cocktails (no finger/bar food at all). A place where you can walk in (as long as you have reservations) and tell the bartender mixologist that you're in the mood for something "herbal, with gin."
The last few times, I've had The Last Word, The Love Reviver, a Bijou, and a French 75. Loved all of them.
I'm into floral, herbal cocktails. Not really into the sweet stuff. I love Chartreuse.
...but I don't really know anything about mixology. I'm going there tomorrow and want suggestions for cocktails to try. Help??
