Good Food in Financial District?

I'll be visiting NYC frequently over the next several months and staying in the financial district. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced restaurant for dinner? I'd prefer a casual atmosphere with simple, well prepared dishes. I try to watch my calories when traveling, so grilled fish and vegetables are favorites.
