Well, I'm doing a really thorough cleaning of the freezers and realized I still have three ziploc quart sized freezer bags of chiles that I grew and dried myself (boy did the house smell awesome when I dried them) last fall and then threw what I didn't use right away into the freezer. So SE folks, how long do you think they'll be good? Should I ditch them now, or still use them? In January they were still great in chili. Thanks!
