Cookie Frosting

Buona Pasqua! Happy Easter to All!

I would like to make cookies with frosting and send them to some friends. I am always amazed to receive frosted cookies from cookie company's, and the frosting is never ruined. Does anyone know of a good recipe for this purpose.
