More Mustard Talk
Looking for an AWESOME mustard. Something HOT, but VERY FLAVORFUL. Something NEW. I find most Dijons flavorless, well... maybe not flavorless but lack luster. Any suggestions out there?

http://coconutlime.blogspot.com/ has a recipe for grainy deli-style mustard. You could play around with the ingredients to get it just the way you like it.

Scorned Woman Mustard! Hell Hath No Fury Like A Scorned Woman. There's plenty of bite in this jalapeno mustard.

I bought a this organic Horseradish Mustard, the last time I visited Central Market in Houston. It has a really nice spice to it.
I also like this whole grain mustard... I buy it all the time and it's great mixed in with hummus in a sandwich. Believe, some friends of mine tried it for the first time last week and they couldn't believe it until they tried it...
